User Registration

Power Vocabulary specialises in providing tests and study materials for 7+ to 11+ students. In order to successfully use the website to purchase any of these, you must be at least 18 years of age and must accurately complete and submit all registration details. To proceed with the registration process as a parent, you will be asked to submit your personal details including your full name, phone number and email id, and then will be provided a user ID and password for the student and parent also, which must always be kept confidential.

Please note that in addition to the user name and password, the following personal details of your child will be collected: first name, last name, date of birth, class/year information and the school they are currently studying.

You must not use any other person's account to access the website. You must not allow any other person to use your account to access the website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use, or suspected unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. Power Vocabulary cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.


All content, tests and study materials available on this website are individually priced in GBP and are inclusive of any VAT payable, unless otherwise stated. We accept online non-refundable payment for all confirmed orders via card transaction. Such payment is inclusive of shipping charges, as and where applicable. We do not store any payment details including your credit or debit card details. All successful transactions shall be followed up by an online receipt via email to the email address provided by you during registration. In case you have any question about the pricing or method of payment, feel free to reach out to our customer support before making the payment. We accept no liability for any error in any third party payment gateway. In case there is any revision of our fees and service charges, you shall be notified in due time.

How do I use a Discount Coupon code?

Discount Coupon codes can be added in ‘shopping cart’ or at the ‘Checkout’ page in the ‘Do you have a Discount Coupon code?’ box. Once applied successfully, you will see the discount and applicable promotional message before proceeding to ‘secure checkout’ or ‘place order and pay’.

Why does my Discount Coupon code not work?

All Discount Coupon codes have start/end dates, qualifiers, inclusions and exclusions. You are advised to check that any applicable discounts having been applied prior to committing to any purchase in connection with the Site.

I forgot to apply my promotion code before clicking “place order and pay”, what do I do?

Unfortunately, we cannot add discounts to orders once the order has been placed.

Can I claim cash in place of Discount Code Coupon?

Unfortunately, we do not allow Discount Code Coupons to be replaced with cash or any physical item with monetary value. Discount Code Coupons must be used with its code to get a discount on the purchases on this website.
